Air Europa is expanding its network of destinations for the coming summer season and has made more than 65,000 seats available on four new routes in Europe and North Africa.

In addition, and in accordance with its expansion plan driven by the recovery and growth dynamic that began in 2022, Air Europa will also be strengthening its summer schedule with a new route between New York and Santo Domingo.

The summer season took off at the end of March with the relaunch of the route to Tunisia, where Air Europa currently flies twice a week, and will be increasing it to three times a week from June onwards.

The airline will also jet off from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport to Santorini for the first time in June, a new destination that it will be flying to three times a week until the beginning of September. During the same period, Air Europa’s presence in Greece will receive a boost from the renewal of its service to Athens, with four flights a week.

Finally, in July, the airline will expand its network of destinations with Alghero, the city on the northwest coast of Sardinia where, as in previous years, there will be two flights a week. Air Europa will also be connecting New York and Santo Domingo with two flights a week from mid-July to mid-September.

Santorini, Athens, Alghero and Tunis will be served by the Boeing 737-800 fleet, the aircraft which Air Europa has chosen to consolidate its entire short and medium haul fleet. By opting for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner for the whole of its transoceanic network, which will also fly between New York and Santo Domingo, Air Europa continues to increase its number of aircraft as part of its expansion plan, in response to strong market demand.
