Air Europa will be certified as a four-star airline in major airline category by the prestigious APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) qualification programme for 2024. The award, received on september 22nd. at the traditional APEX annual gala held in Los Angeles, identifies those companies in the sector that distinguish themselves for their high-quality standards, both in the design and delivery of their services, as well as in the performance of their staff, both on board their aircrafts and at the airports. The award recognises the company’s high-quality standards, not only in the performance of its services but also in the customer service provided on board its aircrafts. The award, which Air Europa has won for the second time, is granted according to a strict analysis methodology that evaluates the opinions provided by passengers of almost 600 airlines around the world, based on their assessments of more than one million flights a year.
